Kanish Metals is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel Forgings in Dubai, UAE. Our stainless steel forgings are made with high performance in mind, possessing excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and strength. We offer a variety of stainless steel grades, ranging from 304, 316, 321, and others, to suit the different requirements of industries like oil and gas, aerospace, automotive, and chemical processing. Through our advanced forging techniques, we guarantee that every product conforms to the highest levels of quality and reliability, custom-fitted to the particular needs of our clients.
Stainless Steel Forgings are generally produced using high-grade alloys with high chromium content (typically 16-20%) and nickel content (8-12%), which offers very high corrosion and oxidation resistance. The tensile strength of the material is between 70 ksi and 100 ksi, depending on the grade, and a hardness of usually 160 to 250 HB. Stainless steel forgings have superior resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking and are therefore well suited for severe environments. Their superior strength-to-weight ratio along with high toughness makes them work well under severe conditions.

Yes, stainless steel forgings are suitable for potable water applications due to their excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic properties, and durability, ensuring safe and long-lasting performance in water systems.
Yes, stainless steel forgings are ideal for structural applications, offering excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and durability, making them suitable for demanding environments and load-bearing structures.
Yes, stainless steel forgings can be welded. However, proper welding procedures, including preheating and post-weld heat treatment, are required to maintain their strength, corrosion resistance, and overall integrity.
Stainless Steel Forgings have applications in numerous industry fields where strength and corrosion resistance are of prime importance. They are utilized widely in aerospace for structural parts, oil and gas for valves, pumps, and flanges, and automotive manufacturing for engine components and exhaust systems. Moreover, stainless steel forgings are also applied to chemical processing plant equipment, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels, where high temperature and aggressive chemical resistance is required. Forgings are also used in medical equipment, marine uses, and food processing machinery, providing both functional and aesthetic advantages.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
