Copper Nickel Bars and Rods generally comprise 90% Copper and 10% Nickel (CuNi90/10) or 70% Copper and 30% Nickel (CuNi70/30), with small amounts of iron and manganese added to boost strength and corrosion resistance. These alloys showcase tensile strengths between 350 and 550 MPa and good elongation (20-40%). Copper Nickel is known for its excellent resistance to seawater corrosion, biofouling, and erosion, along with high thermal conductivity and solid weldability.
