Kanish Metals stands out as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Incoloy 925 Forgings, proudly based in Dubai, UAE. They specialize in providing top-notch alloy solutions tailored for demanding industrial applications. With a strong emphasis on quality, precision engineering, and timely delivery, Kanish Metals serves a variety of sectors, including oil & gas, marine, aerospace, and chemical processing. Their state-of-the-art forging facilities and dedication to international standards ensure that every product they deliver boasts exceptional performance and durability. Clients throughout the UAE and beyond trust Kanish Metals for high-strength, corrosion-resistant forgings that excel in challenging service environments.
Incoloy 925 Forgings are made up of nickel (42–46%), chromium (19.5–22.5%), iron (the balance), molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), titanium (1.9–2.4%), along with trace amounts of aluminum and niobium. This distinctive composition provides outstanding resistance to sulfide stress cracking and corrosion fatigue. On the mechanical side, the alloy showcases impressive tensile strength (~760 MPa), yield strength (~517 MPa), and good elongation (~25%). These characteristics remain intact even under high pressure and temperature conditions. The alloy’s strength is further boosted through age hardening, making it particularly suitable for harsh oilfield and marine environments.

Incoloy 925 Forgings find extensive application in the oil & gas industry for components like tubing hangers, valves, packers, and downhole equipment, thanks to their remarkable resistance to sulfide stress cracking and corrosion. They are especially well-suited for offshore and sour gas environments where strength and resistance to chloride stress corrosion are vital. In the marine and chemical processing sectors, they are utilized in heat exchangers, fasteners, pump shafts, and flanges that come into contact with aggressive media. Their mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability make them the go-to choice for high-pressure, high-temperature service

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
