Kanish Metals is a reliable Incoloy 800H Forgings manufacturer and supplier, located in Dubai, UAE, offering high-performance solutions to industries that function in extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. Incoloy 800H is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high strength and heat resistance, which is used in special elevated temperature applications. Kanish Metals manufactures precision-forged forgings to international quality levels, providing superior mechanical stability and oxidation resistance. With dedication to quality, tailor-made solutions, and timely delivery, Kanish Metals caters to a wide variety of industries such as petrochemical, power generation, heat treatment, and chemical processing both domestic and abroad.
Incoloy 800H is an enhanced grade of Incoloy 800 with increased carbon content and controlled grain size for higher high-temperature strength and creep resistance. The alloy has approximately 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, and minor quantities of aluminum and titanium. It has a tensile strength of around 600 MPa, yield strength of about 275 MPa, and good structural stability up to 1100°C. Incoloy 800H also resists carburization, oxidation, and sulfidation and is suitable for long-term application in high-temperature and corrosive exposures without degrading or undergoing severe deformation.

The ideal temperature range for forging Incoloy 800H is between 2100°F and 2250°F (1149°C to 1232°C). This range ensures optimal workability and preserves the material’s mechanical properties.
Post-forging operations for Incoloy 800H typically include annealing to relieve stress and enhance ductility, followed by heat treatment to achieve desired mechanical properties. Surface cleaning and inspection for defects are also essential to ensure quality.
To determine if Incoloy 800H Forgings meet your specific needs, review material specifications, including composition and mechanical properties, and consult with suppliers for customized testing or performance data. Additionally, consider your application's temperature, corrosion, and mechanical requirements.
Incoloy 800H Forgings find extensive applications in strength and stability at high temperatures. They consist of heat exchanger parts, furnace hardware, reformer outlet manifolds, pressure vessels, superheater and reheater tubing, and petrochemical processing equipment. Due to resistance to oxidation and carburization, it is applied in thermal and chemical processing equipment. Incoloy 800H also finds applications in refineries and power plants for components facing steam and corrosive environments at high temperature. Its weldability and creep resistance make it a durable and reliable option for mission-critical applications.
