Whether serving local or global markets, Kanish Metals stands out as a trusted provider of durable and corrosion-resistant Incoloy 800 forgings, expertly crafted for critical applications.
Incoloy 800 Forgings mainly consist of iron (the balance), nickel (30–35%), and chromium (19–23%), along with trace amounts of aluminum, titanium, and carbon. This unique blend offers exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. On the mechanical side, Incoloy 800 boasts a tensile strength of about 520 MPa, a yield strength of around 205 MPa, and an elongation of 30% or more. The alloy retains its structural integrity and strength even under high temperatures, making it perfect for applications that require prolonged exposure to heat and pressure. Its metallurgical stability ensures reliable performance in both oxidizing and reducing environments.

Incoloy 800 Forgings find extensive use in high-temperature settings like heat exchangers, furnace components, pressure vessels, and steam generators. In the petrochemical and power sectors, they are particularly suited for reformer tubing, superheater supports, and headers, thanks to their resistance to thermal fatigue and oxidation. Additionally, Incoloy 800 is utilized in nuclear power plants and chemical processing facilities, where resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion and creep strength is crucial. These forgings provide dependable performance in conditions where standard stainless steels might falter, making them the go-to choice for long-term, high-temperature applications.
