Kanish Metals stands out as a leading manufacturer and supplier of Inconel 617 Forgings, proudly based in Dubai, UAE. They’re recognized for providing high-performance alloy solutions that excel in extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a commitment to international quality standards, Kanish Metals caters to a variety of industries, including aerospace, power generation, petrochemicals, and nuclear energy. The company focuses on crafting precision-forged components that deliver remarkable strength, oxidation resistance, and durability. Clients both in the UAE and around the world trust Kanish Metals for reliable, long-lasting forging solutions that meet the toughest engineering challenges and service conditions.
Inconel 617 Forgings are primarily made up of nickel (44.5–62%), chromium (20–24%), cobalt (10–15%), and molybdenum (8–10%), along with trace amounts of aluminum and carbon. This unique blend gives the alloy outstanding resistance to oxidation, carburization, and creep at high temperatures. On the mechanical side, Inconel 617 boasts a tensile strength of about 750 MPa, a yield strength of around 350 MPa, and impressive elongation of roughly 30%. It maintains its structural integrity even at temperatures over 1000°C, making it perfect for high-stress, high-heat environments. Its well-balanced mechanical and thermal properties ensure consistent performance in both oxidizing and reducing industrial conditions.
