Our C45 round bars are celebrated for their remarkable strength, wear resistance, and machinability, making them perfect for tough mechanical applications. Crafted with cutting-edge technology and rigorous quality standards, our products comply with international specifications and boast impressive dimensional accuracy. With a strong focus on reliability, customer satisfaction, and timely delivery, Kanish Metals has earned a reputation as a trusted provider of C45 carbon steel round bars throughout the UAE and the broader Middle East.
C45 round bars are medium carbon steel products containing about 0.45% carbon and 0.60–0.90% manganese, along with small amounts of silicon, sulfur, and phosphorus. These bars showcase high tensile strength (570–700 MPa), a yield strength of around 330 MPa, and good impact resistance. They offer moderate weldability and excellent machinability. C45 steel can be heat-treated through hardening and tempering to enhance its hardness and toughness. The Brinell hardness typically ranges from 170–210 HB in its untreated state. These mechanical properties make C45 perfect for components that face high mechanical stress and wear.

C45 round bars are extensively utilized in industries that require robust and durable components. In the automotive field, they are essential for producing crankshafts, axles, gears, and connecting rods. In mechanical engineering, their strength and machinability make them ideal for shafts, bolts, pins, and studs. The construction industry employs them for load-bearing parts and structural applications. Additionally, C45 bars are used in tool manufacturing and machine components that need to withstand wear and fatigue. With heat treatment, they can be customized to achieve specific hardness levels.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
