High Tensile Brass Rods are generally made up of about 60% Copper, 37% Zinc, and 1–3% Iron, with minor additions of Aluminum or Manganese depending on the specific grade. This blend significantly boosts the strength and wear resistance of the alloy. The rods boast a tensile strength ranging from approximately 500–800 MPa and good elongation, making them perfect for high-stress applications. They also show excellent resistance to corrosion, good impact strength, and machinability.
