Copper-Nickel Bright Bars consist mainly of 90% copper and 10% nickel with minor additions of manganese and iron that improve strength and corrosion resistance. They display tensile strength of 550–700 MPa, yield strength of 200–400 MPa, and elongation of 30–40%. The alloy gives a great blend of strength, ductility, and formability, making it suitable for diverse engineering applications. Its high resistance to seawater corrosion and severe chemical environments and good thermal conductivity make it suitable for demanding marine, industrial, and electrical applications.
