Kanish Metals’ Alloy C263 Bars and Rods are crafted from a nickel-based superalloy that includes approximately 50% nickel, along with cobalt (19–21%), chromium (19–21%), molybdenum (5.6–6.1%), and a mix of titanium and aluminum for precipitation hardening. This unique composition results in impressive mechanical properties, boasting a tensile strength exceeding 1000 MPa, a yield strength around 760 MPa, and excellent creep resistance at elevated temperatures. The hardness falls between 220–240 HB. Alloy C263 retains its strength in high-temperature applications up to 980°C and is produced in line with AMS 5886 and other aerospace-grade specifications, making it perfect for the most demanding environments.
